Your concept of bringing bloggers, food professionals and other kosher consumers together is most admirable. The more educated we are about our products, the easier it becomes to keeping kosher. Being in the industry for over twenty years, I strongly believe that we as consumers should not be denied the value of food presentation. We can and should be able to present our foods to be the equal of our non kosher cousins,and being able to elevate the quality, tastes and food presentation to the highest possible standards.
